The Grassfield Grizzlies baseball team scored 22 runs and limited the host King's Fork Bulldogs to 0 in the Grizzlies league victory on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies (13-2) will now prepare for their match against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats go into the Southeastern match with a 14-4 record. In their last match, Great Bridge gained a win over Granby (Norfolk, VA), 5-2, in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Hornets go into the Southeastern match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Deep Creek gained a win over Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA), 4-2, in a league match.
