The Waterford Ravens lacrosse squad (Sandy, UT), was edged 9-7 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT)

Coming up next, the Wasps meet the Payson Lions (Payson, UT) in a 5A Region 9 challenge, on Wednesday, May 3. Wasatch will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 6-3 league win over Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT).

The Ravens now sport a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Juan Diego Catholic for a 4A South challenge on Wednesday, May 3. Waterford will meet a Soaring Eagle squad coming off a 20-16 non-league win over Mountain Crest (Hyrum, UT). The Soaring Eagle record now stands at 6-3.
