In Tuesday's league battle, the host Roaring Fork Rams soccer squad scored a close 6-1 triumph over the Rifle Bears.
The Rams (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Aspen (Aspen, CO). The Skiers come into the 3A Western Slope battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Aspen nudged Coal Ridge (New Castle, CO), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Bears (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lake County (Leadville, CO). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 0-12 record. In their last battle, Lake County was overwhelmed by KIPP Denver Collegiate (Denver, CO), 8-0, in a league battle.
