In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Limestone Rockets baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Rock Island Rocks.
The Rockets (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Metamora (Metamora, IL). The Redbirds go into the game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Metamora tipped Limestone (Bartonville, IL), 4-1, in a league game.
