In Tuesday's league contest, the Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) lacrosse squad routed the host Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL), by a count of 7-2.
Coming up next, the Hilltoppers confront the Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL) in a West Suburban challenge, on Saturday, May 6. Glenbard West will attempt to improve on its 14-3 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Whitney Young (Chicago, IL).
The Lions now sport a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Downers Grove South for a West Suburban challenge on Wednesday, May 3. Lyons will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 5-4 league win over Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-6.
