The Cougars now own a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a Mission Valley challenge on Thursday, May 4. Newark Memorial will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, American falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Kennedy (Fremont, CA) to battle the Titans in a Mission Valley challenge on Thursday, May 4. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 4-10. Kennedy lost 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA)
