In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Dixon Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Laquey Hornets.
The Bulldogs (10-7) will now prepare for their game against Eugene (Eugene, MO). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 18-8 record.
The Hornets (1-12) will now prepare for their game against Central (Springfield, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 8-13 record. In their last game, Central overcame Parkview (Springfield, MO), 4-2, in a non-league game.
