The East Carter Raiders the host Lewis County Lions baseball team by a count of 14-12 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 15-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Covington Catholic for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 4. East Carter will face a Colonels team coming off a 14-5 non-league win over Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 22-1.
Next, the Lions face the Fairview Eagles (Ashland, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 4. Lewis County will attempt to move on its 11-11 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 14-12 record after their 14-7 non-league win over South Point (South Point, OH).
