The Needham Rockets topped the host Walpole Timberwolves volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rockets now have a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lowell for a non-league test on Friday, May 3. Needham will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Westford Academy (Westford, MA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 9-2.
The Timberwolves (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury, MA). The Knights enter the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Catholic Memorial gained a win over Scituate (Scituate, MA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
