Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Oxon Hill Clippers (Oxon Hill, MD), 9-7 in a league battle.

The Spartans now have a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parkdale for a non-league battle on Monday, May 6. Laurel will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Flowers (Springdale, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 6-4.

In their next game, the Clippers clash with the Suitland Rams (Forestville, MD) in a battle, on Friday, May 3. Oxon Hill will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 0-9 record after their 20-0 non-league loss to Bowie (Bowie, MD).
