Michigan High School Soccer - Powers Catholic knocks off Central

Powers Catholic Chargers (Flint, MI) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Central Wolves (Bay City, MI), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers confront the Lapeer Lightning (Lapeer, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 3. Powers Catholic will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record. The Lightning enter the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 1-1 non-league Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI).

The Wolves now have a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Capac for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 4.
