The Lyons Lions lacrosse team scored 9 points and held the host Lemont Lemont HS to 4 in the Lions non-league win on Thursday.
The Lions (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Wildkits go into the non-league game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Evanston was overwhelmed by Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL), 11-2, in a league game.
The Lemont HS (5-9) will now prepare for their game against Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Eagles go into the South Suburban game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Dunlap was overwhelmed by Minooka (Minooka, IL), 14-3, in a league game.
