Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) and the host Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ), witnessed Pequannock's softball squad tip Becton by a count of 5-4.

The Golden Panthers now sport a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Parsippany for a NJAC - Liberty match on Saturday, May 4. Pequannock will face a Redhawks squad coming off a 12-11 non-league win over Chatham (Chatham, NJ). The Redhawks record now stands at 5-8.
