The Eastern Greene Thunderbirds softball team (Bloomfield, IN), was routed 10-0 in Thursday's league test with the host Linton-Stockton Miners (Linton, IN)

Coming up next, the Miners encounter the North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana test, on Monday, May 6. Linton-Stockton will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the test with a 8-7 record after their 13-7 non-league loss to Terre Haute North Vigo (Terre Haute, IN).

The Thunderbirds (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Owen Valley (Spencer, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Owen Valley overcame Eminence (Eminence, IN), 19-2, in a non-league test.
