The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Oak Harbor Rockets (Oak Harbor, OH) and the host Edison Chargers (Milan, OH), saw Oak Harbor's softball squad achieve victory over Edison by a count of 13-1.

The Rockets now sport a 17-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rossford for a Northern Buckeye match on Friday, May 3. Oak Harbor will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 19-0 league loss to Eastwood (Pemberville, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, Edison falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH) to face the Redskins in a Sandusky Bay - Bay match on Friday, May 3. The Redskins enter the match with a record of 12-8. Port Clinton won 11-0 in their recent league match against Willard (Willard, OH)
