With the triumph, Flushing improves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Red Devils host Bayside (Bayside, NY) to clash with the Commodores in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 7. The Commodores come into the game with a record of 8-0.

In their next game, the clash with the Newtown Pioneers (Elmhurst, NY) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 3. Maspeth will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Pioneers come into the game with a 4-3 record after their 12-5 league loss to Bayside (Bayside, NY).
