The Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) softball routed the visiting Havana Ducks (Havana, IL), 14-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (16-0) will now prepare for their bout against Galesburg (Galesburg, IL). The Silver Streaks go into the non-league bout with a 1-21 record. In their last bout, Galesburg was routed by Rock Island (Rock Island, IL), 14-1, in a league bout.
The Ducks now possess a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Astoria/VIT for a non-league bout on Monday, May 6. Havana will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Liberty (Liberty, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 6-14.
