Sedro-Woolley Cubs (Sedro-Woolley, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lakewood Cougars (Arlington, WA), 15-5 in a league challenge.

The Cubs now own a 13-0 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Harbor for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Tuesday, May 7.

With the loss, Lakewood falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA) to battle the Pioneers in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Tuesday, May 7. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 6-11.
