In Thursday's non-league contest, the Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks (Mt. Vernon, AR) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Poyen Indians (Poyen, AR), by a margin of 13-1.

With the triumph, Mt. Vernon-Enola moves its record to 15-5 on the year. The Warhawks travel to Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR) to play the Panthers in a non-league contest on Friday, May 3.
