The Bemidji Lumberjacks baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Brainerd Warriors to 0 in the Lumberjacks non-league win on Friday.

The Lumberjacks now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moorhead for a Freelance test on Tuesday, May 6. Bemidji will clash with a Spuds team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Sauk Rapids-Rice (Sauk Rapids, MN). The Spuds record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Brainerd drops to 2-7 on the year. The Warriors host Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN) to clash with the Otters in a Central Lakes test on Tuesday, May 6. The Otters go into the test with a record of 5-4. Fergus Falls won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN)
