In Friday's non-league bout, the Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH) baseball squad edged the visiting Crestwood Red Devils (Mantua, OH), by a tally of 5-4.
Next up, the Chipps encounter the Dalton Bulldogs (Dalton, OH) in a Wayne County Athletic bout, on Wednesday, May 7. Chippewa will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 7-8 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Fairless (Navarre, OH).
