The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Eagle River Wolves (Eagle River, AK) and the visiting Soldotna Stars (Soldotna, AK), saw Eagle River's baseball team beat Soldotna by a margin of 3-0.

The Wolves (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Chugiak by South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Stars face the Grace Christian Grizzlies (Anchorage, AK) in a Northern Lights battle, on Saturday, May 3. Soldotna will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Grizzlies enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 22-0 league loss to Palmer (Palmer, AK).
