Ohio High School Baseball - Field loses to Hoover

May 2, 2025: North Canton, OH 44720

Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Field Falcons (Mogadore, OH), 6-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Vikings host Avon (Avon, OH) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Saturday, May 3. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 5-8. Avon lost 9-7 in their recent league match against Midview (Grafton, OH)

The Falcons now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salem for a non-league match on Saturday, May 3. Field will battle a Quakers squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Marlington (Alliance, OH). The Quakers record now stands at 1-13.
