Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Framingham Flyers (Framingham, MA), 1-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Nipmuc Regional advances its record to 6-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA) to battle the Chargers in a Dual Valley match on Monday, May 5. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 0-11.
The Flyers now have a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milton for a non-league match on Monday, May 5.
