Massachusetts High School Baseball - St. George's loses to Groton School

The Groton School triumphed over the visiting St. George's Dragons baseball squad by a score of 16-1 in Friday's league outing.

Next up, the encounter the Buckingham Browne & Nichols Knights (Cambridge, MA) in a Independent School outing, on Saturday, May 3. Groton School will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Knights enter the outing with a 6-6 record after their 9-6 league win over Brooks (North Andover, MA).

The Dragons (0-8) will now prepare for their outing against Rivers (Weston, MA). The Red Wings enter the Independent School outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Rivers was overwhelmed by Thayer Academy (Braintree, MA), 11-7, in a league outing.
