The Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) baseball trounced the host Kent County Trojans (Worton, MD), 10-2 in Friday's league challenge.
The Buccaneers now own a 8-9 record.
With the defeat, Kent County drops to 2-11 on the year. The Trojans travel to Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD) to clash with the Lions in a Bayside - North challenge on Saturday, May 3. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Queen Anne's County lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Parkside (Salisbury, MD)
