The Mahomet-Seymour Bulldogs baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Rochester Rockets to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Friday.
The Bulldogs now own a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6.
With the defeat, Rochester drops to 15-7 on the year. The Rockets host Olympia (Stanford, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Monday, May 5. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 9-13.
