The Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH) baseball trounced the host Twin Valley South Panthers (West Alexandria, OH), 13-1 in Friday's league challenge.
The Indians now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host National Trail for a Western Ohio Athletic challenge on Tuesday, May 6.
With the defeat, Twin Valley South drops to 5-12 on the year. The Panthers host Bradford (Bradford, OH) to clash with the Railroaders in a Western Ohio Athletic challenge on Thursday, May 8. The Railroaders go into the challenge with a record of 0-13.
