The Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) baseball got by the host Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT), 3-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Fitch for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. Westerly will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over New London (New London, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Norwich Free Academy drops to 8-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Immaculate (Danbury, CT) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 4-6. Immaculate lost 10-4 in their recent league challenge against Pomperaug (Southbury, CT)
