The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IN) and the visiting South Knox Spartans (Vincennes, IN), saw Princeton's baseball team gain a win over South Knox by a tally of 11-1.
The Tigers (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against Vincennes Lincoln (Vincennes, IN). The Alices enter the non-league battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Vincennes Lincoln defeated North Daviess (Elnora, IN), 11-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Spartans face the Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats (Evansville, IN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 5. South Knox will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 10-2 record after their 5-1 league loss to Jasper (Jasper, IN).
