In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Classical Purple volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Central Knights.
The Purple (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Thunderbolts enter the Division 1 challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, Cranston East beat Cranston West (Cranston, RI), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights meet the West Warwick Wizards (West Warwick, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Monday, May 5. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Wizards enter the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Westerly (Westerly, RI).
