Illinois High School Lacrosse - Stevenson overwhelms Vernon Hills

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Stevenson Patriots lacrosse squad scored a good 14-4 triumph over the Vernon Hills Cougars.
The Patriots (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Bears go into the North Suburban contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Lake Zurich knocked off St. Francis (Wheaton, IL), 15-4, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cougars meet the Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 7. Vernon Hills will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 0-12 record after their 12-2 league loss to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL).
