Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Edgewood Crusaders (Madison, WI) and the visiting Cedarburg Bulldogs (Cedarburg, WI), saw Edgewood's soccer squad hold off Cedarburg by a count of 2-1.

The Crusaders (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Horeb (Mount Horeb, WI). The Vikings enter the Badger - Small battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Mount Horeb was edged by McFarland (McFarland, WI), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Nicolet Knights (Glendale, WI) in a North Shore battle, on Tuesday, May 6. Cedarburg will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 7-3 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Wauwatosa East (Wauwatosa, WI).
