Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Marion Wolves (Marion, IA) and the visiting Grinnell Tigers (Grinnell, IA), saw Marion's soccer squad triumph over Grinnell by a count of 8-0.

The Wolves (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against West Delaware (Manchester, IA). The Hawks enter the WaMaC-East battle with a 1-12 record. In their last battle, West Delaware was overwhelmed by Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IA), 5-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Solon Spartans (Solon, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 6. Grinnell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 1-1 non-league Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA).
