The Saint Viator Lions soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Normal West Wildcats to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to DePaul College Prep for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 6. Saint Viator will play a Rams squad coming off a 1-1 league Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Rams record now stands at 4-8.
With the loss, Normal West moves to 9-5 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Centennial (Champaign, IL) to play the Chargers in a Big Twelve bout on Tuesday, May 6. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Centennial won 10-0 in their recent league bout against Manual (Peoria, IL)
