Westmoreland Eagles (Montross, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Westmoreland advances its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Northumberland (Heathsville, VA) to clash with the Indians in a Northern Neck test on Monday, May 5. The Indians come into the test with a record of 0-6. Northumberland lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Margaret's (Tappahannock, VA)

The Bulldogs now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clover Hill for a Dominion test on Tuesday, May 6. Richmond High School for the Arts will clash with a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-7.
