The South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) soccer the host West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA), 2-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Stallions now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Braddock for a Patriot challenge on Monday, May 5. South County will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 10-0.
With the loss, West Springfield moves to 4-5 on the year. The Spartans travel to West Potomac (Alexandria, VA) to encounter the Wolverines in a Patriot challenge on Monday, May 5. The Wolverines go into the challenge with a record of 2-7.
