With the victory, Apex advances its record to 10-5 on the season. The Cougars host Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC) to play the Golden Hawks in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. The Golden Hawks come into the game with a record of 1-8.

The Panthers now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leesville Road for a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. Orange will play a Pride team coming off a 12-4 non-league win over Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Pride record now stands at 5-7.
