The Hilltoppers now own a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they host South for a Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, May 6. Chardon will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 13-5 league loss to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH). The Rebels record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Mentor falls to 3-10 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Chagrin Falls won 18-5 in their recent league challenge against Hawken (Gates Mills, OH)
