The Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders lacrosse squad scored 11 points and limited the host Minisink Valley Warriors to 9 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Goshen Central for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Monroe-Woodbury will clash with a Gladiators squad coming off a 15-10 non-league win over Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY). The Gladiators record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Minisink Valley falls to 5-5 on the year. The Warriors host Warwick (Warwick, NY) to clash with the Wildcats in a Section 9 Division II challenge on Monday, May 5. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 9-0. Warwick won 15-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Arlington (LaGrangeville, NY)
