The Portland Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Traip Rangers to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bangor for a Class A challenge on Monday, May 5. Portland will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 11-10 league win over Hampden (Hampden, ME). The Rams record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Traip falls to 0-2 on the year. The Rangers host Noble (North Berwick, ME) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
