The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Bishop Guertin Cardinals (Nashua, NH) and the host Manchester Central Little Green (Manchester, NH), observed Bishop Guertin's softball team prevail over Manchester Central by a tally of 16-4.

The Cardinals (8-1) will now prepare for their bout against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH). The Clippers go into the Division I bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, Portsmouth knocked off Nashua South (Nashua, NH), 16-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Little Green clash with the Londonderry Lancers (Londonderry, NH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 5. Manchester Central will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 12-0 record after their 15-1 league win over Bedford (Bedford, NH).
