The Bronx High School of Science Wolverines triumphed over the host Martin Luther King Jr Educational Campus Knights softball squad by a count of 29-5 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines meet the Lehman Lions (Bronx, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 5. Bronx High School of Science will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 17-12 non-league win over Fashion Industries (New York, NY).
The Knights (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Math Science & Engineering (New York, NY). The enter the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Math Science & Engineering was routed by Stuyvesant (New York, NY), 6-4, in a non-league challenge.
