In Friday's non-league test, the Buckeye Central Bucks (New Washington, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Plymouth Big Red (Plymouth, OH), by a tally of 14-7.

Next, the Bucks clash with the Carey Blue Devils (Carey, OH) in a Northern 10 test, on Monday, May 5. Buckeye Central will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record.

The Big Red (5-13) will now prepare for their test against Crestview (Ashland, OH). The Cougars go into the Firelands test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Crestview held off Mapleton (Ashland, OH), 5-3, in a league test.
