South Lewis Falcons (Turin, NY) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Holland Patent Golden Knights (Holland Patent, NY), 14-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, South Lewis improves its record to 1-7 on the year. The Falcons travel to Herkimer (Herkimer, NY) to clash with the Magicians in a non-league bout on Saturday, May 3. The Magicians go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Herkimer lost 9-4 in their recent league bout against Little Falls (Little Falls, NY)

In their next game, the Golden Knights clash with the West Canada Valley Nighthawks (Newport, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 3. Holland Patent will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Nighthawks go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Frankfort-Schuyler (Frankfort, NY).
