Pennsylvania High School Softball - Purchase Line bounces United

May 2, 2025: Armagh, PA 15920

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) and the host United Lions (Armagh, PA), observed Purchase Line's softball team get by United by a tally of 7-0.

The Red Dragons (9-7) will now prepare for their bout against Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Comets go into the Heritage bout with a 6-3 record.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Conemaugh Valley Blue Jays (Johnstown, PA) in a Heritage bout, on Monday, May 5. United will attempt to advance on its 0-17 season record. The Blue Jays go into the bout with a 11-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Cambria Heights (Patton, PA).
