With the triumph, Shady Spring moves its record to 18-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to PikeView (Princeton, WV) to confront the Panthers in a Coalfield AAA contest on Monday, May 4. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 20-5. PikeView won 5-4 in their recent non-league contest against Herbert Hoover (Elkview, WV)
The Monarchs now possess a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bellaire for a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 5. John Marshall will confront a Big Reds squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV). The Big Reds record now stands at 0-18.
