The McHenry Warriors baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Johnsburg Skyhawks to 2 in the Warriors non-league win on Saturday.

The Warriors now hold a 21-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hampshire for a Fox Valley - Valley test on Monday, May 4. McHenry will play a Whip-Purs team coming off a 13-8 non-league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Whip-Purs record now stands at 13-9.

With the defeat, Johnsburg drops to 13-7 on the year. The Skyhawks host Harvard (Harvard, IL) to play the Hornets in a Kishwaukee River test on Monday, May 4. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 4-13. Harvard lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Plano (Plano, IL)
