In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Ocean Lakes Dolphins softball team scored a tight 2-0 win over the Granby Comets.
The Dolphins (12-3) will now prepare for their match against First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA). The Patriots come into the Beach match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, First Colonial by Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA), 13-12, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 4. Granby will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Gators come into the match with a 8-12 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Nandua (Onley, VA).
