The Griffith Panthers (Griffith, IN) softball routed the visiting West Central Trojans (Francesville, IN), 13-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hammond Bishop Noll for a Greater South Shore outing on Monday, May 4. Griffith will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Highland (Highland, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, West Central moves to 4-7 on the season. The Trojans travel to South Newton (Kentland, IN) to encounter the Rebels in a Midwest outing on Monday, May 4. The Rebels come into the outing with a record of 6-6. South Newton won 13-12 in their recent non-league outing against Northwestern (Kokomo, IN)
